1. What materials are your jewelry made of?

We use hypoallergenic, nickel-free materials such as sterling silver 925, stainless steel and 18k gold, rhodium and platinum plating. All our jewelry is water-resistant and designed for everyday wear.

2. Can I shower or work out while wearing the jewelry?

Yes! Most of our jewelry is water-resistant and suitable for daily use — including during workouts or in the shower.

3. What should I do if my item breaks?

Please contact us via email and include a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and let you know if the item can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

4. How do I return a product?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us via email to receive return instructions.
